This page describes site management procedures with reference to the processing of the personal data of its users.
In compliance with article 13 of General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 679/2016, the information given herein is intended for anyone who interacts with the web services of Zambon S.p.A., accessible on the Internet at the address: www.zambon.com, which directs the user to the home page of the official website of Zambon S.p.A.
The information given is for the company site only and is not intended for any other websites viewed by the user via links.
The information is also compliant with Recommendation 2/2001, which the European personal data protection authorities, convened in the group established under article 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to establish minimum requirements for the on-line collection of personal data and, in particular, the forms, times and nature of the information which processing owners must provide to users when they connect to websites, regardless of the purpose of connection.
 

PROCESSING "OWNER"
The site is accessible by users without having to enter personal data; however, after viewing the site, data related to persons either identified or identifiable may be processed.
The "Data Controller" of personal data processing is Zambon S.p.A., whose head office is located at Via Lillo del Duca n° 10, 20091 Bresso (MI), Italy.
 

PLACE, PURPOSE AND FORMS OF DATA PROCESSING
All processing related to the web services offered on this site is carried out at the head office of the processing owner company, exclusively by collaborators or shareholders of Zambon S.p.A. entrusted with the processing, or by other employees responsible for maintenance procedures.
No data deriving from web services is communicated or distributed.
Personal data provided by users requesting services or responding to offers of employment (in curriculum vitae, etc.) is used for the sole purpose of providing the service or responding to the request and is not communicated to third parties, unless such communication is required by law or strictly necessary for the satisfaction of user requests.
The user is free to provide personal data in the Company query forms. Failure to provide required information, indicated by an asterisk, may render impossible data processing and, therefore, the formulation of a response.
 

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED

Browsing Data
Computer systems and software programs designed for navigating this website acquire, during their normal use, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
Such information is not collected for association to the identified users but, given its nature, could allow for the identification of users, through processes and associations with data held by third parties, carried out only at the explicit request of the judicial authorities.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who visit the site, URIs (Uniform Resource Identifier), request times, methods used to send requests to the server, the size of files received in response, numeric codes indicating the status of the server's response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.
Such data, which is deleted immediately after processing, is used by Zambon S.p.A. for the sole purpose of collecting anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to monitor its correct functioning.
It may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of Internet violations which threaten to damage the site: notwithstanding this outcome, all data on web contacts shall expire within seven days.

Data Provided Voluntarily by the User
The optional, explicit and voluntary submission of an e-mail address on the Zambon website implies the subsequent acquisition of the personal data provided, such as the e-mail address of the sender used by Zambon S.p.A. exclusively to respond to that user's queries.
Detailed reports will be given or displayed on the pages of the site intended for particular on-demand services.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Individuals having submitted personal data have the right to request confirmation of the existence of such data and to ascertain its content or origin, to verify its accuracy or to request its supplementation, updating or rectification at any time, in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 679/2016.
Data subjects may request that any data processed in violation of the law be erased, made anonymous or blocked and, for legitimate reasons, may appeal against its processing.
