Zambon appoints Franco Gaudino as Chief HR Officer
His objective is to align HR policies with Zambon's long-term vision and promote a positive engagement of all its people.
Zambon, a multinational chemical-pharmaceutical company founded on the history and values of a family business committed to innovate cure & care to make patients’ lives better, announces Franco Gaudino as the new Chief HR Officer.
This appointment is part of a transformative path initiated by Zambon and will contribute positively to the development of the new strategic plan. Franco Gaudino’s objective will be to continue to update HR policies, ensure their alignment with Zambon's long-term vision, and promote positive engagement of its people across the different countries of the world where the company operates, carefully fostering effective multi-generational collaboration.

Gaudino comes from Kenvue and possesses solid experience in the Healthcare and Consumer sectors internationally. Before Kenvue, he worked at Unilever, Roche, and Johnson & Johnson.
