This path will give you the opportunity to receive a 360° training experience in the Global Trade Marketing Department.

Chief Operations Officer

Your 1st Rotation

You will start your experience in our Global Marketing department working on a Consumer Brand (Fluimucil or Spidi) of the Primary Care & OTC business. You will support the definition and the implementation of the OTC strategy and plans.

International assignment

You will spend a semester in one of our countries, supporting the local definition and implementation of trade marketing projects, working closely with local Marketing and Pharmacy Sales teams.

Back in Corporate

In the third rotation, you will be back in Corporate joining the Global Trade Marketing Department, supporting our innovative projects on both the physical and digital pharmacies with strategic impact for Zambon.

What will you learn?

At the end of this journey you’ll have an in-depth understanding of how a Global Trade Marketing of a pharma company works as well as an overall experience of the Marketing and Pharmacy Sales key drivers.
